Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days within Canada and the United States.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak periods (e.g., holidays, weather events).
Please note: we do not provide online tracking for shipped orders.

Shipping Method

To be cost-effective and efficient, we generally ship orders directly from our factory partners to our customers. This allows us to reduce handling time and shipping costs.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5 for all orders under $100.
Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

Order Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us immediately at contact@cowlost.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Cowlost is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control. However, we’ll assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.
