Return & Refund Policy — 7 Days

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all returns must be authorized before being sent back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: Minor dents, scratches, or imperfections on the outer shipping box may occur due to normal transportation handling.
These cosmetic issues on the packaging only do not affect the product itself and cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or return.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original purchase once approved and then place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
